The Hammond Preset Synth was intended to complement the Hammond organ or piano. Only 200 pieces were put on the market, most of them are no longer to be found. 

Of particular interest is the patch matrix, which allows even a basic organist to get some pretty synth-like sounds by selecting buttons next to a graphic that shows what the button does to the sound.
