ARP Quadra

The ARP Quadra is a four-piece synth ensemble consisting of a bass synth, poly synth, lead synth and string synth. This allows very musical pieces and intuitive work on only one device, but sounds like a whole synth ensemble. The ARP Quadra is a fusion of ARP’s successful Omni II and Solus with additional bass and lead sections.

The ARP Quadra was used in horror films by director John Carpenter. He used the ARP Quadra on Halloween 2 and Escape from New York.

New Order keyboardist Gillian Gilbert also played Quadra as well as Rick Wright of Pink Floyd and many other progressive musicians.
